Personal Information Protection Act Amendment Regulation, A.R. 51/2010 |
Amends the Regulation to correspond with recent amendments to the Personal Information Protection Act, by setting out breach notification requirements, changing the wording of certain provisions to harmonize with that of the Act, repealing those provisions moved into the Act, and amending the Regulation expiry date. |
